Invoice form sample

Below is a sample of the Invoice form from ADV. The Invoice form calculates total automatically. You may add as many items to the Invoice as you wish and it will automatically ad the amounts into the total.

It is a simple template that calculates total (File type Excel)

This all purpose template is good for use in all types of businesses. This template is ready for you to add your company name and/or logo. It includes product description and amount. You can use it as many times as you want. When you fill it click: “save as“ and not “save” . Define a name for the new document. In this way the original blank document will not be changed. The invoice date is automatically calculated by the system. If you need you can modify the document in any way you like, ad more columns or ad tax calculation.
